ABS-CBN has proven it has a winner in “Tayong Dalawa,” directed by Ruel Bayani and Trina Dayrit.Because the overwhelming response from viewers, the series which debuted in January has been extended until July. It was originally intended to run only until April this year.

“Tayong Dalawa” tells the story of two guys both named David Garcia, played by Gerald and Jake Cuenca, with one name, one dream and one love (Kim Chiu).

The series has given credibility to reality show graduates Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson and was able to boost the stock of Jake Cuenca, who was better known as an actor and model.

For support, these young actors have actors Gina Pareno, Anita Linda, Cherry Pie Picache, Alessandra de Rossi, Mylene Dizon, Jiro Manio, Coco Martin, Helen Gamboa, Baron Geisler, Agot Isidro, Miguel Faustman, Jodi Sta. Maria and Spanky Manikan – all award winners.

“Tayong Dalawa” airs weeknights after “Only You” on ABS-CBN.
